Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Potatoes

I use fresh Brussels sprouts and gold potatoes for this recipe.

  • Ingredients:
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Gold potatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Minced or Roasted garlic (I use dried, roasted garlic)
  • Olive oil
I am generous with my seasonings, otherwise the vegetables will taste a little bland when finished.
  • Directions:
  • Slice Brussels sprouts in half (use as many as you need for your family)
  • cube potatoes (use as many as you need for your family)
  • place in baking dish
  • Generously drizzle with olive oil and mix to thoroughly coat the vegetables
  • sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic over the vegetables
  • roast on 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes

These can also be done in an air fryer on 375 degrees. I put my potatoes in first and let them cook about 6 minutes and then add the Brussels sprouts. Continue cooking for another 6-8 minutes.

Depending on your main dish, you can change the roasted vegetable seasonings to compliment the other dishes. I love to use a Mediterranean seasoning or lemon pepper.

I use this seasoning a lot. It is great on most vegetables, salads, and meats. I find it a lot of times at HomeGoods or TJMaax.
The ingredients are spot on!
